Internship (6 months) – Monaco

Monte Carlo Travel, part of Platinium Group, has delivered luxury travel and hospitality services in Monaco since 1985. The team creates tailor-made experiences for leisure and business customers.

Internship overview

The Travel & Concierge Agent intern works with Senior Travel Agents to develop turnkey travel experiences. The role includes contact with international providers, itinerary preparation, hotel and transport selection, and client assistance before, during and after trips.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Client follow-up by email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Communication, client relations and supplier negotiation.
• Marketing and social media support.
• Creating offers and handling administrative travel tasks.
• Supporting calls, meetings, calendars and booking-related operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Fluent French and English; other languages are an asset.
• Knowledge of Amadeus is a plus.
• Strong phone-sales skills in English, flexibility and versatility.
