Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support PG’s CRM and email marketing activities using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will contribute to the day-to-day execution of campaigns and customer journeys for PG brands and B2B clients, including audience management, A/B testing and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and update customer journeys in Journey Builder.
• Support acquisition, engagement and retention CRM campaigns.
• Manage audiences, campaign QA, recurring automations and reporting.
• Work with BI, marketing and sales teams on targeting and campaign activation.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Around 1–2 years in email marketing, CRM or marketing automation.
• Practical Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and familiarity with Journey Builder.
• Understanding of email best practices, customer segments and campaign metrics.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and proficient English.

Nice to have

Basic AMPscript or SQL knowledge, digital analytics experience, and exposure to B2B or multi-brand email campaigns.
