We are looking for a QA Manual Tester to join our Engineering team in Barcelona. You will be part of an international Engineering department spread across Monaco, Barcelona, and Lviv, and report directly to our QA Manager.

Main tasks & responsibilities

As a QA Manual Tester, your missions include:

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

  • Write and run testing scenarios on key projects and features to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate with QA members from other teams on cross-team projects to guarantee issue-free releases
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define key testing priorities
  • Assist users and stakeholders in validating critical features
  • Contribute to the team’s quality efforts: checkpoints, regression testing, and identifying improvements

Release validation:

  • Work in close coordination with the person responsible for a release
  • Execute required tests and validate scope according to ticket descriptions
  • Clearly document reproducible bugs or gaps in requirements using Jira
  • Perform regression testing as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience
  • Mastery of UAT best practices
  • Strong experience with Jira (including the Quality and Zephyr plugins)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Comfortable communicating with technical contacts
  • Functional knowledge of ticketing or e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows
