Internship overview

To strengthen our Product team, we are looking for a motivated intern in Product Management. This position reports to the Head of Product and will play a crucial role in supporting the product team by managing ideas, prioritizing needs, and assisting with new projects like the development of a new corporate/product website and branding initiatives.

Main tasks & responsibilities

  • Idea management: gather and document ideas and needs from various sources including internal teams, customers, and market research; help in prioritizing these ideas based on business impact and feasibility
  • Assist in defining needs: work closely with the product management team to define and document the needs for new features, enhancements, and projects
  • Project support: assist in the development and launch of new projects such as the corporate/product website, branding initiatives, and other strategic projects
  • Collaboration: work in synergy with a multidisciplinary team comprising graphic designers, UX professionals, developers, and business experts to bring projects to life
  • Documentation: support the maintenance and updating of essential product documentation, including user guides and project requirement documents (PRDs)
  • Market research: assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform project decisions

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recent graduate in Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail: meticulous in documenting ideas, needs, and project requirements
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and product management: familiarity with concepts related to e-commerce, website development, and branding is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Collaborative mindset: comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is a big plus
  • Basic experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence is a plus
  • Strong communication skills: fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus
