Job Overview :

To strengthen our Event Management and Procurement Team, we are looking for an Invoicing & Procurement Coordinator, with a first experience in a procurement/purchasing department.

The Invoicing & Procurement Coordinator ensures that tickets are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. An important aspect of this role is seeking maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements while working with technology advanced products.


  • Support for supply of products and services essential for our company’s operations
  • Promoter relationship and negotiation of commission, ticket allotment, payment facilities
  • Close monitoring of products availabilities with suppliers
  • Preparation and submission of orders
  • Insert of orders in Back office / verification of invoices
  • Follow up of payments/ conversion rates/ additional costs
  • Preparation of forecasts per event, per product and frequent updates of the same
  • Product pricing strategies ownership / yield management based on market knowledge
  • Verification of merchandise upon receipt
  • Reporting finalization/ wrap up of acquisition costs
  • Optimization of procurement processes and most effective ways to reduce expenses
  • Optimization of revenue for our brokerage activity to increase top line (additional sources of revenue, market intelligence, event performance monitoring, )


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in purchasing services
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of ownership and a disciplined approach to quality and drive results
  • Strong aptitude in working with numbers (very good knowledge of Excel)
  • Rigor, strong attention to details
  • Comfortable with presenting and communicating to external and internal audiences
  • English Language is a must, additional languages would be a plus
  • Strong work ethic and appreciation for a team-oriented, collaborative environment
