Job Overview:

To strengthen our Event Management Team, we are looking for an Event Manager with a first experience in an international environment, ideally within the Event or Ticketing industry.

Our Event Manager supports our Ticket Brokerage department in daily tasks related to operational and organizational part of the business.


  • Fostering relationship with promoters
  • Event performance monitoring and optimisation, F1, Moto GP; WSBK
  • Ticket shop set up and maintenance
  • Coordination with different stakeholders on ticket sales launch and relevant event/ product updates
  • Liaising with procurement on acquisition process and ensuring smooth fulfilment of tickets acquisition; stock purchase proposals; sales trends
  • Customer Care queries management
  • Coordinate logistical aspects related to events; problem solving
  • Supervise fulfilment of orders with logistics and IT department, i.e. e-tickets management; hospitality orders
  • Management of different distribution channels
  • Organization of travels, onsite operations and logistics
  • Finalization / wrap-up of events; reporting with stakeholders


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, Self-motivated, and meticulous mindset
  • Fluent English and any other European languages is a strong plus
  • Having 1 year of experience in the event industry is a plus
  • Ready to travel
