Internship overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Travel & Concierge Agent intern works hand in hand with our Senior Travel Agents at Monte Carlo Travel Agency (Platinium Group)<\/em> to develop turnkey travel experiences.<\/p>\n

He\/she will support the team and be in regular contact with various international providers. He\/she will help build a wide range of travel products, including designing itineraries, selecting points of interest, choosing hotels, and arranging transportation.<\/p>\n

He\/she will also act as a Travel Angel for clients, assisting them before, during, and after their trip.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Main tasks & responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Follow up with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone<\/li>\n
  • Communication and client relations<\/li>\n
  • Marketing tasks, including social media<\/li>\n
  • Negotiations with suppliers<\/li>\n
  • Creating offers on Canva<\/li>\n
  • Administrative tasks: boarding passes, booking meetings, managing calendars<\/li>\n
  • Handling incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills<\/li>\n
    • Autonomous, with strong business acumen to negotiate rates and benefits<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are an asset<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Organized and proactive<\/li>\n
    • Strong phone sales skills in English<\/li>\n
    • Flexibility and versatility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
