We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist (MarTech Specialist) responsible for the development and implementation of marketing technologies to support the overall business strategy. The role requires the ability to liaison within different departments and then translate that business vision to a technology implementation to deliver on overall business objectives.

You will combine your deep technical knowledge, analytical thinking, data management skills, and marketing expertise to optimize our marketing infrastructure, drive change and growth through automation, scaling, and performance insight.

This job will collaborate with key stakeholders, utilizing their persuasive abilities to advocate for changes in the direction of marketing technology used across the business. You will make the link between technical and product teams with other different functions such as Digital Acquisition, CRM, Customer Care, Analytics, IT among others.

Part of the Digital Center of Excellence, you will work closely with the Business intelligence team to access, connect and nurture data to enrich data insight and analysis across departments.

This role will also focus on finding solutions to automate processes and reduce manual workload, diversifying customer communications, expanding the data available for personalization and segmentation. You should understand how systems could interconnect to integrate data between platforms and work across all digital channels to improve business performance.

You will be often involved in tasks like customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Paid Advertising efficiency assessment, A/B testing, implementing marketing automation tools, analyzing data, and optimizing SEO strategies. Data security and compliance are key, safeguarding customer information.

Main tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms and systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Use and maintenance of tag management systems (Google Tag Manager) to streamline our tracking workflow
  • Drive for greater automation of manual processes in the Marketing Acquisition, CRM, SEO piloting and Customer Care teams
  • Design and create standalone processes and marketing tooling and infrastructure
  • Support the CRM team with the maintenance and data integration with SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Support the Customer Care infrastructure which includes SalesForce Service Cloud and other 3rd party solutions
  • Supercharge efforts and automate some SEO tasks like: Keyword Research and Analysis, competitor analysis, site crawling, content benchmarking, SEO audits, content automation… to quickly detect main issues and close gaps
  • Manage the integration of new and existing 3rd party tools to ensure audience and event data quality & integrity, compliance and security
  • Create communication workflows using data-driven business rules
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies to enhance team performance and improve ROI
  • Optimise technology costs and new investments
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and proactively implement best practices
  • Crafting processes, system integrations and automations

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Marketing Technologist or in a similar role
  • Knowledge in Performance channels dynamics and working knowledge of Marketing Automation system
  • Deep understanding and passion of the MarTech landscape and emerging technologies
  • Working knowledge of marketing software, such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the key Ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
  • You are familiar with the key principles and practices of SEO and PPC
  • Experience with SQL and knowledge of AMP script
  • Ability to communicate complex technical functions to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, multitasking approach with an adaptability to change
  • English fluency
