To strengthen our Marketing team, we are looking for a talented SEO Manager with 3+ years of experience in a company or a web agency, ideally specialized in an ecommerce activity.

This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is a key role on a dynamic and experienced marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Promote Gootickets.com & GPexperiences.com across the web (blogs, forums, directories, social media, etc.) and set up partnerships to gain backlinks and popularity within our niche.
- Optimize website content, meta data, and images to improve search engine visibility and ranking
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hospitality, account management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that SEO considerations are integrated into projects and initiatives
- Perform SEO Audits and give advices to our B2B clients.
- Report bugs and recommend solutions to enhance websites’ rankings.
- Competitive intelligence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices and identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Strong On-site and technical SEO required
- Advanced in English. (French is a plus)
- 3+ years of SEO experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use and setup statistic tools like Google analytics. (+ Google Tag Manager)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word); Google docs, etc.
- A good functional understanding of Html, CSS, Javascript and website administration.
- Familiar with SEO tools like MOZ, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Scrapebox.
