Job overview
We are seeking a talented CRM Specialist for a 6-8 months contract (potential for permanent position) to support PG’s digital marketing automation and personalization efforts leveraging Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to engage with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of expertise in SFMC as well as a solid knowledge of how best the customer journey can be optimized and improved.
This role involves managing and onboarding CRM prospects and new clients in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), administering SFMC, supporting the brokerage team by creating journeys and email campaigns, and working closely with the BI team to optimize data integration models.
Main tasks & responsibilities
- Email studio management: operate daily in Email studio ensuring email marketing best practices and implementing AB testing and optimization
- Advanced journey creation: build complex journeys, update existing journeys or deploy campaigns optimizing customer engagement throughout the lifecycle
- Client onboarding in SFMC: Manage and streamline the client onboarding process, setting up new accounts and configuring data integrations
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration: Oversee Business Unit (BU) management, ensure proper configuration, and handle troubleshooting as needed.
- Ampscript development: in deep knowledge create personalized and dynamic content for email campaigns and audiences enhancing customer experiences
- Automation Studio and Contact Builder Management: Set up and manage automated workflows in Automation Studio including activation of segmentation and audiences through our own brand and those of our B2B customers and maintain data integrity with Contact Builder
- Reporting, analysis and actionable recommendations based on milestones, success metrics and reporting requirements
- Work closely with marketing, BI and sales teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in email marketing and CRM
- Functional and proven operational experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Email studio, Journey Builder, Contact builder and SFMC Administration.
- Use of ESP tools and strong knowledge of email marketing best practices direct response practices and principles.
- Autonomous with a high level of initiative and a disciplined approach to quality, results and customer satisfaction
- Advanced knowledge in Ampscript
- Google Analytics knowledge will be appreciated
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop – (editing images)
- Basic knowledge of Query
- English fluency
